What students have to say:
"I attended the Restorative Teacher Training with Lo and it was life-changing! I felt safe and seen to bring myself to a new level of awareness and connection. I learned more about how to be a better person, friend, teacher, and mother. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to participate in such an amazing experience. For anyone who is on the fence about taking this training - go for it! You won't regret it."
What is Restorative?
Restorative is a branch of yoga, a bridge between an asana practice and Meditation. Restorative yoga paired with breathing techniques and mindfulness are designed to create a profound healing experience to help reduce stress by responding to our innate ability to find balance and homeostasis.

About the Program Leader
"I've been practicing yoga since 2007 years and it wasn't until I had an injury and was forced to slow down, that I started seeing the benefits of yin, meditation and restorative mindfulness. I have been teaching, leading workshops and trainings since 2015 and believe that the practice of yoga is how we reunite ourselves back to ourselves, the divine part of us that we get distracted from. I am dedicated to helping others find what they want from practice and through this restorative yoga training deepening self connection and building our community to help one another on the journey.
