About the Program Leader

"I've been practicing yoga since 2007 years and it wasn't until I had an injury and was forced to slow down, that I started seeing the benefits of yin, meditation and restorative mindfulness. I have been teaching, leading workshops and trainings since 2015 and believe that practicing yoga helps us reconnect with our true selves and the divine aspect that we often lose sight. I am committed to assisting others in their desires through practice and this restorative yoga training, fostering deeper self-connection and cultivating a community to support one another on our journeys.
